The BCCL is continuing its series of regional business trips and this time our members will be invited to spend the whole day in Marijampolė, the boosting Lithuanian town located 40km from the Polish border – today full of entrepreneurs commanding international markets.
The aim is to visit successfully operating local companies that play an important role in the region and beyond. Also to hear about Marijampole advantages and opportunities for the foreign investors from the local municipality representatives and meet with members of the Marijampolė Chamber of Commerce Industry & Crafts, which is an active business network in the region, representing successful manufacturing and service industry companies and exporters.
The transportation could be arranged according to the expressed need from participants. Extra costs will apply.

|1:30 PM||Meeting with Marijampolė Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Crafts members. (The chamber is part of Kaunas Chamber of Commerce Industry & Crafts).|
|3:00 PM||Visiting ‚Mantinga‘ – the leading producer of bread, snacks and frozen food in Europe. Meeting with company representatives, visiting the production site.|
|4:30 PM||Visiting UAB Marijampolės pieno konservai - one of the largest and highest performing milk processors in Lithuania, the only canned milk producer in Baltic region, which is implementing newest technologies and aiming only for the best quality. Meeting with representatives an visiting the production site.|
|5:30 PM||Departure to Vilnius.|
