Presenting Lithuania’s politics and history to the world’s audience made Neringa rethink her own ID. She had to rediscover her country in the global pool of mass media and political propaganda. Throughout her work in media in the UK and Lithuania, it became crucial to know her story very well and voice it. If you will not tell who you are, the others will do it for you.
